Is there a charge for requesting an exchange or return?

In case that you are not satisfied with an item, simply return it to us in its original condition within 15 days of purchase. Is it possible request an exchange or refund contacting our customer service

We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for different size/colour if preferred.

Delivery charges will only be reimbursed if items are faulty or if the wrong item is sent.

  • Include the returns form that you will find inside the parcel, indicating the reason for return

  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsability

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us

  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery

  • We will issue the refund only if the item/s will be in the same condition in which it/they was/were received

How long do I have to make an exchange or return?

All returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of e-mail confirming shipment. This is in addition to the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the items.

Once I have exchanged the item, can I return the new one?

Yes. You can return it within 15 days of the e-mail confirming shipment of the new order.

Can I exchange or return any item?

Yes, as long as it is in the perfect condition and has all its labels on it.

What can I do if I have received a faulty/wrong item?

If the item you received is faulty or not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason of return. We will ten resolve the problem as soon as possible.

When will I receive the refund for my return?

You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 30 days, depending on your bank.
