RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
In case that you are not satisfied with an item, simply return it to us in its original condition within 15 days of purchase.

Delivery charges will only be reimbursed if items are faulty or if the wrong item is sent.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery
We will issue the refund only if the item/s will be in the same condition in which it/they was/were received.
If the item you received is faulty or not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting you order
number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then resolve the problem as
